SCAYLE is the B2B division of ABOUT YOU Holding SE and comprises a three-part service portfolio: Commerce Technology, Online Marketing and Commerce Operations. The SCAYLE Commerce Engine offers brands and retailers the components to scale their digital B2C business. Its clients include more than 100 online shops in 26 countries, including leading brands such as Marc O’Polo, s.Oliver, Deichmann and Tom Tailor.

As an Account Executive - Benelux Region you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Benelux region by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge e-commerce SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Benelux region to expand our customer base
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our SaaS platform effectively
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive pipeline growth
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market developments to leverage insights in the sales process
Negotiate contracts and agreements while maintaining a customer-focused approach
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the ecommerce SaaS industry, preferably in the Benelux region
Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the challenges faced by businesses in the industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, with a self-motivated and proactive attitude
Willingness to travel within the Benelux region as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
Proficiency in English and Dutch is required; knowledge of French or German is a plus
