1. SPONSOR
The organizer of the raffle is SCAYLE GmbH, Domstrasse 10, 20095 Hamburg, Germany (hereinafter: “SCAYLE” and/or “organizer” and/or “we“).

2. ELIGIBILITY
Any natural person over the age of 18 is eligible to participate. This excludes employees of SCAYLE, its cooperation partners and third-party companies involved in the implementation of the competition, as well as their respective family and household members.

3. HOW TO ENTER
Here’s what you need to do to take part:
Spin the wheel of fortune and solve the task successfully. Register at [link] with your surname, first name, email address, company name and job title. Participation is possible from 24.09.2025 09:00 am to 25.09.2025, 4:30 pm. 

4. CLOSING DATE, NUMBER OF POSSIBLE ENTRIES
The raffle runs from 24.09.2025 09:00 am to 25.09.2025, 4:30 pm. Late entries, for whatever reason, will not be considered. 

5. PRIZES, WINNER SELECTION AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
We will be giving away the following prizes among all eligible participants after 25.06.2025 4:30 pm:
Prize 1: 1x voucher worth 800 GBP for Harrods department store
Prize 2-6: Harrods world-famous teddy bears
Prize 7-10 : Harrods biscuits
The winner will be announced after 25.09.2025 via email and will also be notified via email.

6. HANDOVER
The prize will be handed over after the winner has been checked by handing it over in person or by sending it by mail. The data provided will be used exclusively for the one-off verification of the winner and for the handover of the prize and will not be used for any other competition purposes thereafter. This does not affect the organizer’s obligation to retain data in accordance with the applicable commercial and/or tax regulations. Costs incurred in connection with the redemption/use of the prize are not covered by the prize. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may require the winner to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 for tax-reporting purposes.

7. NO CASH PAYMENT/ EXCHANGE/ ASSIGNMENT 
An exchange and/or assignment of a prize or a cash payment is not possible.

8. TERMINATION
The organizer has the right to change the raffle period at any time and without prior notice or to terminate the raffle without notice, e.g. if the functionality of the organizer’s systems should be restricted for technical or other reasons independent of the organizer or if the suspicion should arise that a participant is attempting to influence the results of the raffle. 

9. EXCLUSION FROM PARTICIPATION
Participation via automated procedures or other manipulations or such attempts (including by third parties) is not permitted, nor is a breach of the conditions of participation or an attempt to do so. The organizer has the right to exclude participants from the raffle, to subsequently withdraw or reclaim prizes in the aforementioned cases or in the event of suspicion to this effect.

10. LIABILITY
The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special losses and/or damages incurred by the Participants as a result of their participation that are associated with a disruption in the communication or power lines, outages at the mobile network operators, effects of malicious software, unfair acts by third parties aimed at unauthorized access and/or disabling of the Organizer’s software and/or hardware, as well as force majeure circumstances. In such cases, the organizer is not obliged to reimburse any losses incurred by the participants. The organizer is liable to the participant for culpably caused damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organizer, the legal representatives or vicarious agents of the organizer, as well as for damages resulting from a breach of a guarantee given to the participant without limitation in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Otherwise, the organizer shall only be liable for the slightly negligent breach of obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the campaign and on the observance of which the participant may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. The above limitation of liability applies accordingly to the personal liability of the organizer’s legal representatives and vicarious agents. 

11. DATA PROTECTON
The organizer uses the data provided by the participants in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection law.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The law of the State of New York shall apply exclusively. Mandatory provisions of the state in which the winner has his/her habitual residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or contradict the statutory provisions, this shall not affect the remaining provisions. In this case, the statutory provisions shall apply. The same applies to the closing of a contractual loophole. Legal recourse is excluded.
